CNSW Code of Condult 2026
Dear Patrons of BCDCA,
Please read below the Refresher on Code of Conduct that is in effect from Cricket NSW and applicable for BCDCA Association, All Volunteers, Parents and Players alike:
Cricket NSW wishes to remind all Affiliates of their obligations under Clause 5.3(b) of the NSWCA By-Laws.
The Clause states: “any Affiliate that manages Code of Conduct breaches under its own judicial processes must use the offences and prescribed penalties set out in the NSWCA Code of Conduct Procedures.”
Please see https://www.bcdca.com.au/_files/ugd/87bbe6_8988421740d8435e83e4bb9953185ece.pdf the current offences and prescribed penalties effective from 14 September 2026 for your viewing. These are to be used for any reports received relating to conduct in a match or incidental to a match (e.g. conduct in the changing rooms, during any of the intervals in the Match, conduct at a location nearby the ground after play has concluded, dissent of an Umpire’s decision on social media).
You are also required to place a flag in Play HQ to maintain accurate records of any reports received. Please see https://support.playhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/23971198457244-Incidents-and-Suspensions for a guide on how to place a flag.
Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a consistent and effective disciplinary framework across cricket in NSW.
